The Director of Business Development will be a key member of the company’s leadership team.

Texas Traditions Roofing, a family owned, commercial and residential roofing company serving Central Texas, announced that Lance Morgan has joined the team in the role of director of business development.

“As we expand our business into the commercial market, it was important to bring on an experienced leader whose sole focus will be to generate revenue and manage our growing sales team,” stated company President Michael Pickel. “Lance brings a strong background in corporate sales that will be an asset to the company as we continue to expand the business.”

In this senior leadership role, Morgan will be responsible for developing market approach and sales planning, building a strong sales team, and establishing performance metrics and quotas in all revenue areas. He most recently led media sales and creative at Buckeye Broadband, where he consistently drove revenue and surpassed sales goals.

“I feel blessed to have the opportunity to join Texas Traditions Roofing and work more closely with the central Texas business community in exceeding their expectations,” said Morgan.

Morgan holds a B.S degree in Radio, Television & Film from the University of Texas at Austin. He spent many years working in broadcast and digital media sales for telecommunications companies such as Comcast and Time Warner.
